These new SCATI VISION recording platforms, ideal for medium-sized distributed facilities, can be equipped with up to 32 TB of storage

SCATI News - Monday, 9 may, 2016

SCATI, a company specialising in smart security solutions, offers its customers a new recording platform capable of managing up to 64 megapixel cameras with complete stability and maximum performance. The new SCATI VISION X800 recorders incorporate smart video analysis algorithms and can be fitted with up to 32 TB of storage with the possibility of RAID to provide redundancy to the system.

Deployment is quick and simple thanks to pre-installed and pre-configured software. In fact, SCATI VISION enables the local management, monitoring, search and export of video via SCATI VISION WEB or SCATI Control Centre applications, providing an ideal scalable system for distributed facilities.

These powerful video recording and editing platforms are specifically designed for medium-sized distributed facilities, which makes them ideal for banks or retail.

The X800 Series introduces the concept of smart recording, since it offers multiple recording setup options: continuous, scheduled and triggered by external event or video analysis alarms (with configurable pre-recording time). In fact, it offers a configurable number of storage days to comply with legal requirements.
In addition, one of the main features of these recording platforms is that they have an open architecture that allows integration with third parties (access control, alarm centres, etc.), creating solutions tailored to your needs.

The X800 Series is included in the range of high performance SCATI VISION recording platforms that require a powerful solution at a competitive cost, making these recorders a complete video surveillance solution for enterprise-class needs.
