Management is carried out from the centralized SCATI SENTRY platform, which guarantees a professional, controlled and connected service with the rest of the security, automation and video surveillance systems.
When the user requests assistance, the system generates an automatic alert that is sent to the control center. The operator receives the notification, answers the call from SCATI SENTRY and establishes visual and verbal communication with the user. From the same platform, they can consult maps, view scameras in the surrounding area, or activate functions associated with security or safety. The entire process is carried out from a single management environment, designed to offer speed, control and efficiency.
The physical device has been developed to be robust, accessible and functional. It incorporates an embedded camera that allows the user to be clearly seen, an audio system with microphone and speaker for fluid communication, a large-format industrial touch screen and an integrated computer that manages the entire system. Its vandal-proof structure makes it ideal for public spaces or critical areas, and it can be visually adapted to the corporate identity of each client.
SCATI Remote Assistant also allows audio messages to be broadcast in emergency or warning situations, providing an additional layer of security.
