Preventive Maintenance
Our systems incorporate advanced functionalities that allow you to periodically and automatically check both your hardware and software, in order to reduce incidents and possible eventualities to a minimum.
REMOTE
Through a remote and secure VPN connection, our professionals will audit your system to mitigate incidents, generating a report on the status of the components, and will take the appropriate actions.
ON-SITE
Corrective maintenance
Corrective Maintenance focuses on carrying out the necessary actions in the face of an eventuality and will end with a resolution response, the reinstatement of the service or the correction of an incident in a piece of equipment.
In projects contracted under the “turnkey” modality, maintenance can be provided at the client’s own facilities.
Within this type of service, at SCATI we offer our clients Maintenance Plans adapted to their needs, which would be analysed in a personalised way for each client and, among which, there would be Flat Rates for repairs or specific Warranty Extensions per project.
